Our Projects-Project 1:
The Karnes County Museum-Helena, TX
The Karnes County Museum is a historical site located in Helena, TX. Allen’s Foundation Solutions was fortunate enough to be chosen to perform repairs to several of the historic buildings on the property, including the Old Karnes County Courthouse, as well as a confederate era post office building. We are very passionate about assisting in preserving the history of the State of Texas.
Our Projects: Project 2
Concrete Slab Foundation Repair-New Braunfels, TX
This concrete slab project was performed for a return customer that had Allen’s Foundation Solutions complete a partial repair to a section of their home in 2019. Other areas of the home continued to shift and settle, So we installed concrete pressed piling piers around the remainder of the perimeter of the home to stabilize it from further movement.
Our Projects-Project 3:
Pier & Beam Foundation Repair and Skirting Replacement-New Braunfels, TX
This project was a combination of foundation repair and skirting installation. We installed over 30 concrete pedestal piers under this pier and beam home, as well as replaced some rotten beams and floor joists. Once the elevation adjustments were made, we installed new skirting with vents and a specially ordered access door as requested by the homeowner.

Specialty Repair of Shipping Container Storage Units-San Antonio, TX
Sometimes structures other than homes need foundation solutions. Allen’s was on the spot to stop these shipping containers from continually shifting and sinking, causing issues for the yard foreman. Now that they have proper support, business can continue.
